CRO Assembly

Description

The CRO Assemblies are open to a wider audience of CROs from insurance, banking and industry as well as associations and have the objective to disseminate the knowledge gained and issues identified by the Annual Roundtable of CROs, the CRO workshops and the CRO Forum production.

The CRO Assembly is a new initiative that was inaugurated in November 2005. There were about 70 participants from various backgrounds but with Risk Management responsibilities at the first meeting hosted by the Swiss Re . The idea of this venture, which is based on the CROs' and some of our members’ initiatives, is to branch out to other groups (beyond the risk management in insurance, such as banks and other firms) previously not present in the networks. One of the objectives of CRO Assembly is to spread and discuss the knowledge gained in other sectors and help the cross-fertilization of ideas and concepts.
